June 26 marks United Nations (UN) Charter Day. From April 25 to June 26, 1945, delegates from 50 countries attended the UN Conference of International Organizations in San Francisco, the U.S., to draft and adopt the UN Charter.
President Xi Jinping has, on multiple occasions, emphasized the importance of upholding the UN Charter and multilateralism.
